Basic EMDR Training Registration
You must call Lisa Dionne 303-834-0515 or send her an email at: LDionneEMDR@comcast.net to see if there is space in the seminar you wish to attend before registering. The receipt of your registration and payment will confirm your space.
You can register online and pay with Visa or Mastercard.
You can also mail a printed copy of the registration form [PDF] and pay with check or money order.
If you need to transfer to a different seminar, there is a $75.00 processing fee up to 15 days before the date of the seminar. If you withdraw within 15 days of the seminar, there is a $150.00 processing fee. The rest of the tuition will be refunded. We will take into consideration emergencies and illness.
